ABOUT STONEHILL FARM

Depending on Mother Nature we generally start our pick your own season in late May early June with tabletop strawberries (no bending). Gooseberries desert and cooking, raspberries, red and blackcurrants, tayberries and blackberries follow this.

The varieties of fruit we grow are chosen very carefully. Not only are they chosen for their wonderful flavours, we prefer varieties that will flourish and fruit abundantly and have a natural resistant to pests. We sell to our local shops, so our fruit is always picked and delivered in a perfect eating condition.

Our delicious Victoria plums and Cox’s apples are ready for the autumn. For an excellent tasting apple there is nothing more delicious than an English Cox’s.

Picking your own fruit in season and enjoying them at the peak of freshness, makes eating healthily a positive pleasure for the summer and autumn.

We aim to make the picking as easy as possible with the strawberries on a tabletop system.

Our delicious raspberries are very easy to pick. We only grow varieties for their excellent flavour.

We also sell fresh picked cherries grown by a relation (2 miles from our farm) again grown for their exceptional flavour and freshness.

The apple juice we sell is made from English apples, Cox’s, Russets and Bramley well worth tasting. Why not try the raspberry juice and the delicious pear juice.

We also have an order line for ready picked fruit if you are running short of time, just telephone your order and we will have it ready for you.
 
We also sell fresh eggs and ice cream.

For next year we will have Boysenberries available.
